Oven Pride - there isn't enough to immerse the grill wires

Hi,

I wondered if I could ask for thoughts on how to use Oven Pride to clean the wire grill that goes over the grill pan in the oven?

I have used it many times successfully in the past, but now when I put the wire rack in the bag, even I pour two entire bottles of oven pride in, it isn't enough to cover the wires. It's weird because it was always enough in the past. I always put the rack in with the wires down and on a completely flat surface.

I wondered if you think I am just meant to buy 3 or even 4 bottles so as to have a better chance of covering it, or if I ought to dilute it to make more volume? I did try that in the past and then it covered the wires but the wires didn't clean, even if I left them all night.

Any top tips gratefully received.

Thanks!

Just turn the bag occasionally? Let it sit on one side for an hour (or whatever - I don't know how long it should soak) then let it sit on the other side for the same amount of time?

It's not really like that unfortunately. If I turn it on the side the only half an inch of the rack is immersed.

One bottle and turn regularly
