Silverfish

I'm at the end of my tether with these little critters. We moved in to our house over a year ago and you find them everywhere, there aren't hundreds maybe 1-2 a week. We can't find any signs of damp our house is really clean (I'm a clean freak) and we have looked everywhere, does anyone know how I can find where they are coming from?

Live with them? I carefully rescued one from the empty bath this morning. No doubt the silly sod will be back in there tomorrow.

I think I read an infestation can cause problems as they eat wood/paper or something but can't imagine a few would cause much harm.

I've not come across these but this website has a lot of interesting information. Have you checked your loft? Otherwise wallpaper glue might be attracting them.
