Cooker hood recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good cooker good with powerful extraction?? Mine is pathetic and is leaving grease marks on my ceiling. I clean the filter and internal parts often and have them professionally cleaned roughly each year too, it's still naff.
Not going to the faff of repainting until i get a new hood that does it's job.

Westin are excellent but pricey
Novy are good too
I believe Elica are good

Unfortunately you get what you pay for to a large extent (although there are some that are expensive due to pretty design rather than efficient extraction)

Do you have space for the down draught one that use the work top? I think they look great.
