Washing machine tripping help please

Machine is tripping the circuit breaker. My plan was to pull out the machine and change the fuse in the plug before I call a repair service. It’s plugged into a socket under the counter with no switch.
Then I noticed the wall switch is also fused and thrown into a state of confusion!

which fuse do I change? And why does it have 2?

do you have lots of appliances and lights on atm?

with ours is was the heating element that was broken and tripping the circuit.
depending on the make, getting a new machine is cheaper.

@bloodredfeaturewall you’re right it might be a fault in the machine,
but I’m trying to eliminate whether it’s a fuse problem first,
