Anyone using Smol, Dip, Bower etc?

All of my cleaning products are the usual ones I grab off the supermarket shelf and I have always hated the amount of plastic in the bottles and wondered what they are doing for the environment. I'm also beginning to think that the reason one of our drains keeps blocking is to do with dishwasher tablets.
I have been looking into some of the more environmentally friendly brands but am wondering if they are actually any good.
Do you use them and, if so, what are your thoughts?
We live in a hard water area.

Smol is great, all on subscription. I never even glance at cleaning products in a shop let alone buy them .

I used Smol dishwasher tablets, they weren’t great and didn’t clean properly. So stopped the subscription

I love the Smol dishwasher tablets and kitchen bathroom sprays

Been using Smol laundry pods for years. Highly recommend.
If you are buying supermarket cleaning sprays, don't be fooled by the marketing. One spray will do pretty much everything, you don't need tons of different ones.
You can buy various products which have little refill pods so you keep using the same plastic bottle.
Finally you can use lots of home products for cleaning..white vinger, lemon, bicarbonate of soda, etc. I usually do that.

I’ve been happy with smol dishwasher and laundry (and who gives a crap for loo rolls). I also enjoy not having to think about them as they are delivered regularly

Smol dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, plus Splosh cleaning products were my staples before I left the UK. I used them because they didn't trigger my allergies if I bought the unscented stuff.

I say this all the time but nobody ever listens but if you have a dishwasher with a place to put your tablet it that pops open after 20 mins, it needs a pre wash in the little side pocket that is used in the first 20 mins. That's why many dishwashers don't seem to work properly.

Here in France I get the top up bags of sensitive laundry liquid, and am still using my Splosh stash that I bulk bought before I left and brought with me. Dishwasher tablets though I just get eco ones here.

I find Smol good for washing up liquid, stain remover and the spray cleaners.
You could also look to see if there are any refill stores near you - they take a certain level of organisation as you need to take your containers to be refilled but they can be quite a refreshing change from big supermarkets.
Also there are loads of recipes online for making your own cleaning sprays etc , Nancy Birtwhistle's pages are a good place to start.

I use Smol for clothes, washing-up liquid and have used the multi-purpose & bathroom cleaners for a while. Love all of them.

Have recently switched to Delphis for cleaners just for a change. They’re eco friendly and really good. They do large bottles to do refills.

Treated myself to Purdy & Fig before Christmas which do smell amazing and are good cleaners, but the smell doesn’t last that long. I mean, it would make your spotlessly tidy house smell amazing if you’re wiping every surface down a couple of times a day, but I rarely have surfaces visibly to wipe so it’s a but redundant 😬
