Microwave issues.

Got a microwave a couple of years ago. New and known brand etc. 1,000 watts and 800 watts. I feel like it's not heating up as well as it should.

Does anyone else know why this might be and how I can test it?

It's pretty clean etc.

There might be a test with heating a cup of water for 1/2min then checking the temperature? Likely something online about it.

My first thought was is it clean inside, but you said it is. Have you googled reviews of that particular model to see if others have similar issues?
