question for robomop owners

Obviously I'd really love a roomba, but have just learned about the robomop (on MN naturally).
My question was whether you could use a micro-fibre type cloth on it instead of the electrostatic ones? Thinking that a micro-fibre one would be washable rather than disposable. The disposable cloths put me off a bit tbh.

you'd have to cut the cloth in a circle with a hole in the miidle for the ball bit like this and I'm not sure how you'd attach it.

haven't got one though
