Incapacitated by choice and reviews so looking on here for recommendations - ideally suitable for gas hobs, too as we have a dual fuel hob.
TIA!

I bought the IKEA 365 stainless steel pans over ten years ago and they are still going strong. I also have a more expensive circulon non-stick saute and frying pan.

I bought a lovely set from M and S, the hard anodised ones. They are great .

I have these.
I use them nearly every day. Through the dishwasher every time and they are like new.

Another vote for ikea 365 - had ours for over 10 years now & still fine

Stellar or ikea

Another vote for the John Lewis Classic pans - my oldest (a stainless steel frying pan) is over 20 years old, and used almost daily

These look great, will check them out - thank you

I've recently upgraded to hexclad after having had (and destroyed, thank you ds) just about every pan in existence.

They are surviving remarkably well.
