Bathroom cleaners. Rinse off with water or wipe off with cloth?

If using something like zooflora power bathroom or Flash bathroom cleaner, do you rinse it off with water or do you just wipe it off with a cloth?
I’ve always rinsed it off with water from the shower head but when I read the Flash bottle it said just to wipe and Zooflora doesn’t say either way.
Our water is hard as nails so rinsing it just leaves water marks anyway but I also think that just wiping it doesn’t get rid of the cleaner properly.

By the way I’ve tried vinegar/water/essential oil but I prefer the spray cleaners and my question is about the bathroom cleaning products.

Definitely wipe off and buff with a microfibre.

Also Viakal is your friend here. It's brilliant on chrome. Wouldn't be without it now

I'll just spray, leave and wipe areas like the worktop or top of the loo cistern, but things like the bath and sink I will scrub and rinse. Sometimes the rinsing is with a cloth though - flood the area with a very damp cloth squeezed over it and follow up with it more rung out. I like cream cleanser and you need to use enough water to swish the residue down the drain, whether you apply it with a showerhead or cloth. I'd not really thought about it but I guess I don't have a black and white sense of rinsing vs wiping, if that makes sense.
