Smell of urine on lino floor

There is a smell of urine in our downstairs loo that we can't get rid of. Looking under the floor it looks like plywood is sodden and so going to replace that. We have a lino floor and am going to apply enzyme based cleaner. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations of cleaning products that can be used on lino with no real impact to colour? We think it's because the little one is aiming badly but it could be coming from underneath. A plumber looked at it and said nothing obviously wrong with the toilet but he didn't lift the toilet up. Anyone with similar experiences and able to advise if worth getting someone to actually investigate under the toilet? How much did it cost you to fix? Cheers everyone

Can you afford to tile it? Once the wood is replaced, if it is tiled and sealed, any mis-aims can just be dettoxed, with no risk of it seeping under.

Would it not be quicker and easier to replace the lino?

Yes we could replace the lino or tiles. I think it's just we aren't sure if the problem is just the lino or there is something worse underneath the toilet. Not 100 percent how it's so bad. How much did it cost you for new lino floor? And for tiles? The room is tiny. 2.5m x 1.5m
