I've just put a thin but long (about 7-8inch) scratch into my high gloss work top! does anybody know a magic cure? or a product that will hide it??

I am so cross with myself!

Superglue to fill the crack (wipe away the excess quickly) then paint on gloss varnish (clear) with a very thin brush. Polish to finish with a soft cloth.

I also bought some mahoosive glass chopping boards on ours because I knew I'd scratch them and be gutted and yes I have but you would never know because I have these really cool looking chopping boards on top (which btw are a lot easier to keep clear than the worksurfaces with sticky toddler paws everywhere!)

Thanks. It's not deep enough to need super glue but could try a clear varnish.. thank you
