Ice-cream scoop recommendations?

I will be using it for muffin batter that I will scoop into muffin parchment liners and also ice cream.

I know there are a few different types curved, spade and trigger. Which would be best for my use case scenario?

I have a Zulay spring loaded one from Amazon. Not available any more, but I just went for the ones with best reviews at the time. It's 95ml or 3.2oz which may be too big for you. I use it for making fish cakes and burgers or large cookies. I have a smaller one that I use for cup cakes which holds half the amount of my larger one. Neither much good for ice cream unless it's really soft scoop stuff. I also have an Zyliss ice cream scoop which is good for ice cream - it's metal, and dipped into hot water, it glides through solid ice cream.
