Robot vac & mop

I have a large hard floor downstairs that I wanted to get a robot vac and mop for. I have been researching for months, watching videos carefully to make sure they did what I wanted, reading reviews online.
I finally bit the bullet and ordered the deebot T30, then I looked at reviews of the company. It seems customer service is terrible IF something goes wrong.

The other model I looked at is the Eufy x10 their customer service seems slightly better but still not great but the Eufy doesn't seem to clean edges very well which was one of the things that put me off.
So now I have a Deebot that I have not yet opened unsure whether to just return it and order the Eufy or carry on with my shark and a mop and bucket.
Does anyone have any experience they can share to help me make a decision?

I have a Roomba that is years old and going fine. A friend has an Eufy (much cheaper) that she says is great.

I bought the Roomba mop - and it's pants. I really should have sent it back...

Mops are just messy. But the hoover itself is one of humankind’s greatest inventions! Carefully of any stairs though. Our one gets properly confused and hurls itself down them. Not sure about deebot but they dont often break touch wiod!
