2 hours help a week give me some ideas

hi I have five dcs, work and have no family around. have a cleaner who comes once a week and does a good job but still struggling - littlest two still hard work at two and 9 months. I have the offer of a girl to work another couple of hours a week the day before my cleaner comes - so it would be a waste to get her to clean. please give me some ideas of what sort of things you would ask her to do in your house
