It’s been there a couple of months (in a room we don’t really use so I’d forgotten about it 😳 ). About 4cm across, no discernible colour and just sticky - like glue.
I can’t work out what the hell it is and why in that time it hasn’t dried and gone hard? What’s the best way to attempt to clean it when I don’t know what it is?
