Right, we're at the stage where our derelict house is nearly ready to have the kitchen fitted.

The space for the kitchen itself is tiny and we're going to have to have something on a peninsula bit - either the hob or sink. I think the hob's too dangerous, so it'll probably be the sink.

So what kind of sink/drainer would you put on a peninsula? Something that's not completely ordinary but not fancy schmancy as it won't be just for show!

Also, what kind of drainer - something that won't look too bad as it'll kind of be on show.

I know it's a boring question but any ideas much appreciated

I've recently had a nice new sink fitted - white ceramic by Villeroy & Boch for Franke . Q. big main sink & a smaller middle one, all one bit with the drainer (iykwim). Taps by same co. So far so good, is v. easy to keep clean.
