Cleaning quartz

New worktop going in next week. I can see lots of products like bar keepers friend for removing stains but what can I actually use day to day to clean the quartz please? I used to usd to use anti bacterial spray on my old wooden worktop. So scared of the quartz being ruined

We were told to only use washing up liquid on ours and have done so. It helps that it has quite a speckled sort of pattern rather than mostly white like some are. I would have thought BKF and cream cleaner type products too abrasive.

I got left a quartz cleaner by the install people. It seems to be basically normal anti bac spray but with the effect of glass cleaner so it gives a streak free finish.

I usually clean with antibac then quick spritz of the quartz cleaner. I've had it for 4 years and still looking great.

I was advised by the Quartz installer to use Cif to get out any stains. Leave it on a few minutes. It does the trick.

We have white quartz in our kitchen, I love it. You should try and use cleaning spray that is Ph neutral where possible. Method multipurpose sprays are fairly neutral but not the antibac versions. I emailed Method to ask when I got my worktops. Astonish do a brilliant antibac surface cleaner that is also ph neutral. Its really good, it's cheap and has a pomegranate scent.
For stains, I use barkeepers friend powder. It rare that I need to use it though, most things just wipe off. I've only had to use it for curry sauce and red wine spills. Cif also works well if the stain isn't too bad.

I wipe down daily with diluted washing up liquid but any stains I use barkeepers liquid stain remover which works a treat on coffee and tea stain etc. to get a good shine I use the spray provided with worktop very much in small amounts but nearly or of that note. If you buff with microfibres cloth after setting it shines well tho.
