Dry:soon airer - cover needed?

My tumble dryer is flaking out and I can't wait for an engineer to check it over - the washing is piling up! I've ordered a dry spin deluxe 3 tier jobby from Amazon. I didn't get the cover but now I'm wondering if I need one. They're 44 bloody quid. Can I use a big sheet instead??

I’ve had a dryer with a cover for a couple of weeks and think the cover would work better than a sheet. It fits snuggly over the dryer and traps the heat. Even turning it off and leaving the cover on dries it with the residule heat.

I often use a sheet and it works well.

I couldn't be without mine and I think the cover is deffo needed as it keeps the heat in!
