Similar duvet covers? Long shot!

I saw this duvet cover on a Facebook post and love it! I’ve messaged the owner who thinks they bought it from TK Maxx but no idea of the brand. Has anyone seen it or something similar?

I don’t even know how to deceive it or what to search for?! Champagne? Appliqué?

Try embroidered or tufted duvet cover.

Thank you for the replies! Those cushions are separate, I think-they don’t look like the duvet. It’s sort of a champagne background with raised white patterns on-it’s quite unusual. I’ll try googling embroidered and tufted!
