I've just ordered scandiscents too.

Well I like the Scandiscents machine. It is small and easy to use. You do have to take the dropper cap off the oil bottles to use them, which can be rather messy and get the fragrance on your fingers. It doesn't give off a 'steam' like in the adverts, but blows a very gentle air out of the hole. The charge wont last all day if you have it on. I bought the cocoa butter and focus and got pumpkin spice free. They are all very nice and smell lovely. There is a slight buzz to the machine when the fragrance is puffing out but otherwise it is quiet. I might buy another one to keep upstairs now. Much cleaner than a steam infuser as no mould potential.

I'm happy with mine too however - I'd like an upgrade - I'd like a setting that would put it on before I come home (wifi activated) - so I walk into the house and it smells of bergamot - or when I go into the bathroom in the morning I'd like it smelling gorgeous - that would be great wouldn't it?

Does anyone else find they affect your breathing? Mine started to make me crackle when breathing so i stopped using it.

The Neom one is beautiful: white with rose gold trim.

I found the habitat one the nicest and not too expensive at £28. Otherwise I found the nice ones way too expensive, and other cheap ones had horrid lights on them.

I've had it a month or so now, very happy with it.

Pootles34 · 11/11/2024 09:44

Sorry I should say - it does have a light on it, but it's a warm white - the others seemed to have very bright lights on them.

@Millicentmarjorie Where do you put the oils/melts and do you need water. I prefer the waterless ones, but that is so pretty. Thanks

There’s an indentation on the top for the wax/oils. It’s even prettier in person than the photo shoes.
