Water fills up quickly in the outside (back) drip tray of fridge?

is it time for a new fridge? I noticed water on the floor and then cleaned my under counter fridge drip tray at the back. a few days later it's half full again, so I'll need to emtpy it soon.

all is good on the inside, in the past it used to build up ice inside but was okay outside.

is it best to replace? Thanks

Is the drain hole blocked?

Yes as said you need to check the wee hole at the back isn't blocked with gunk

thanks all. when you say drain hole is blocked, do I need to check the exterior or the interior for this? I've never checked the one on the back but the inside on I make sure is cleaned whenever I clean the fridge
