It doesn't seem to be damp in there but has a large external wall which I guess makes it very cold. The flooring isn't great but we're not in a position to fix those atm.
There's no electricity point close by so I don't think a heater or electric dehumidifier will be feasible.
Running out of ideas so wondered if anyone else might have a brainwave please
