Black marks on clothes

Can anyone help. I was getting black/ greyish splodge marks on my clothes which were very difficult/impossible to remove. I have bought a new machine but I'm still experiencing the marks. Any idea what they can be? This is a brand new top. Thanks

They look like grease marks to me. Have you splashed yourself with oil whilst cooking?

Try a little bit of washing up liquid rubbed on to the stain and then wash as normal.

No, it's not grease. It's all over the back too🫤. Plus put in wash after buying and wearing on holiday. These marks appear on all clothes occasionally even 3 year olds clothing. I'd like to get to the bottom of where they come from. Practically impossible to remove. This has now been spot treated, washed, soaked overnight and washed again. Not budging.🤔
