Dog very old and pooing and weeing

How do I get dog poo out of women floor cracks and also clean floor so room doesn't smell.
Dog totally lost his control as old and confused so just pooing on floor.
When I open front door can smell horrible smell where wee in wood and have tried every cleaner and bicarbonate of soda.

Help!

Watching with interest as we have the same issue! I just use a bleach spray and mop over and will get a new floor when the dogs pass.

Ignoring the cleaning bit (no advice) do buy nappies for the dog to minimise clean up

Vinegar helps with the smell by neutralising it. I also used to put something like the below down too but they were washable, not sure if these are but just an example.

You should try an enzymatic cleaner which will break down the protein causing the smell. I use Simple Solutions cleaner (amazon, pets at home) for cleaning dog mess. Its quite pricey but it works.
It's really difficult going through this, I feel for you. Would a dog nappy work? My female dog is currently in season and we've bought some reusable pants from a company called Glendarcy. They are fantastic and the company are a joy to deal with. It might be worth having a look to see if they do something suitable for your boy. They are really friendly and helpful if you phone them. I'm pretty sure they sell some incontinence products too. Good luck x

It's not what you've asked, but this is usually a time to say goodbye to a loved dog. When they've lost all bowel control and are confused and have no dignity, it's not a happy life for them.

The pet friendly zoflora should help disinfect and get the smell out in the meantime.
