Does your Window Cleaner...

Clean your windowsill?

We've had a window cleaner for about a year now. He cleans the windows okay (doesn't dry/buff them). He also makes no effort to clean the windowsills.

In my previous home, the window cleaner did all of those things.

Is it normal for windowsills to be cleaned at the same time, or was I just fortunate with my previous cleaner?

No. Extra if we want sills, lintels etc done.

Wwe175 · 14/10/2024 15:53

No. Cleaning sills costs extra.

Yes he wipes the sills & front door.

Frames & sills are optional but we pay to have it done.

Yes, current cleaner does but previous two didn't.

Ours does them as standard.

My wonderful window cleaner cleans the cills all included in the price.

Mine cleans the window sills, doors, and the plastic parts of my porches as part of his price. He is expensive, but I hate doing it, so he's worth it.

Where I used to live, the window cleaner was much cheaper but only cleaned the windows.
