Saw one of these buggers a few months ago in upstairs hall, nothing since now just seen another. I used a deterrent spray.
We are real clean freaks and use a dehumidifier. Should I be stressing about one? They give me the ick.
Can't see where they are coming from as no gaps etc.

I moved into a flat that had some, they went away easily I just used the spray a few times so I wouldn't worry if I were you. My flat is pretty dry though.

Which spray? I think they are under the wooden stairs

We have had a few of these over the years, they’ve never become a problem.I just squish them, but they’ve never taken over. It’s just the odd one occasionally. They are usually attracted to the damp - so more likely to be coming from the bathroom or kitchen.
