How to declutter kids toys?!

we are moving house this weekend, I have tackled the kids toys and got rid of about 30%. Still feel like there’s so much? I’ve got rid of anything that’s broken, things that aren’t played with.
my dd still has far too many Barbies (and bratz from when I was a child) she has about 50 dolls!! As well as two cars, the boat, barbie dream house and all the really annoying tiny accessories.
she also has a big box full of sylvanian families which i put away in the loft as she never played with them but I don’t want to sell those yet as she’s only 5 so still has time to grow into liking them. Along with those she has houses, bakery, cars etc
i have 3 children btw and whilst I don’t think we have loads we also aren’t complete minimalists (i wish)
they have board games (probably about 7 that we use)
one of those really useful storage rainbow drawers which are full of crafty and educational bits.
they have a ball pit, a climbing frame which is very well loved they always use these.
my son has a car garage which he doesn’t really use much, a tiny basket of cars, drums!! (I want someone to buy these from me 😂) they also have a lot of dress up outfits which I have gone through and decluttered
they also have baby dolls with accessories like the bath&cot
they have a tonies box and figures, a tub of playdoh and accessories, a magic potions thingy, some other random little bits like a fairy catcher and they have one bookcase with books on.
and a coupe cuddly toys not many
and then I have baby toys!! 😭 about 10 different things probably

is this a normal amount?! I don’t even know what I could get rid of because I feel it’s the nice stuff left and I’m finding it hard to let go of these last bits but also would it be mean??
not to mention their outdoor stuff like bikes/electric ride ons. They love their bikes and love being outdoors and doing crafty things. They hardly do pretend play with Barbie’s etc so I find they hardly get played with unless a friend comes round.
help!! Do they have too much? What would you get rid of?

For me that would be way too much stuff. But I live in a condo and don't deal well with clutter.

To be honest I would keep most if not all. It doesn't sound at all extreme with 3 kids.
At that age I found that my DC cycled through interests and would get old toys out and play with them in different ways than when they were younger. For example the Barbies had a 'season' most years before getting put away again for a while.
Soon enough they will grow out of things of their own accord and be able to decide what to pass on.
Depends if you have the space really.
I wouldn't get rid of stuff just for the sake of it or because you think you 'ought to'.
