How can I move around my bedroom?

Sorry if this isn’t in the right section. I’ve had my bedroom the same for 5 years. It’s a very small space and I’d love to be able to move it around but it seems the way it is possibly is the only way that works. Admittedly, I don’t have a good eye for these things so I’m hoping someone may be able to spot something else. Hopefully it’s clear from the picture where everything is. Bed, cupboards, dresser, television, windows/curtains and a small basket.

I’d probably move the bed to the left side wall, and swap the tv and dresser around.

Do you mean in the position the bed already is or move it so the head of the bed is against the wall? I can’t even explain it properly lol. Thank you btw.

Move it so the headboard is on the 3.75m wall, and the foot of the bed is towards the cupboards

Could you get the door hung so that it swings outwards into the hall to give you a bit more room? The bed would then work on either the east or west walls.
