I'm so sad about Tupperware filing for bankruptcy 😢, it lasts forever (my mum has some that's 50 plus years and still going!) and I was excited to see it last year back in the UK, thankfully I bought a load!! I know the appetite for plastics is reducing, but surely well made Tupperware that lasts decades is not bad for the environment? Maybe someone will buy the brand?

Yes a lot of people are really quite sad about it, it was a bit of an institution really.

When one of my mums friends was having a tupperware party my dad used to joke that all police leave had been cancelled 😃but really, in the 70's, there weren't a lot of occasions where women could gather together for an evening without the kids and hubby!

I guess they failed at marketing it in these modern times. I will miss it.

Tupperware is not dead in the UK. You can still get it at https://tupperwarequeen.co.uk
New and exciting offers weekly and monthly, and a brand new and exciting future to come.

Wow, exciting Tupperware eh.
Tupperware must’ve been one of the first MLM’s.
