I recently travelled to Belfast and stayed at my sisters flat. I washed some clothes there. I got back home to London a few days ago and went to put the clothes away. I can smell the detergent on the clothes but also a sulphur gas type smell. I have terrible ocd and worry that waste water backed up into the machine. I put these clothes in the same suitcase as everything else that I have (toiletries, hairdryer etc). Is everything ruined?
