Handheld steamer recommendations

Hi all,

I hate ironing with an absolute passion!

My oldest is starting secondary in September so I'll have a ton of shirts to iron I'm thinking of using a handheld steamer to help speed things up.

Can anyone recommend a good handheld steamer that would make quick work of shirt?

Or please tell me if I'm just deluded and need to suck it and just iron them!

I wouldn’t throw my iron away much as I hate ironing .
The steamer is more for when something is hung up to dry and though I could maybe get away with wearing it , I’d look less of a scruff bag if it was ironed. I have clothes I pick up , think “nah” and put them back on the rail. It’s good for that.

My DD likes wearing smart shirts for work so it’s easier to iron a load of them together.

if you really hate ironing then a tabletop steam press is a revelation. You need a sturdy table top and somewhere to store it but you’ll go round actively looking for things to iron. I had one for a while but gave out out on permanent loan
