We went away for the weekend and out cat pooed several times on our fireplace flagstones. I've...

-washed it with the washing up liquid and water
-Washing up liquid and bicarb
-Washing up liquid and vinegar
Scrubbed with bicarb and vinegar

It absolutely stinks and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions please? It's really bothering me.

This stuff is good. I’ve seen it break down visible pee where everything else failed. Fun times.

You need a cleaner with enzymes to get rid of the smell and be aware that unless you use an enzyme cleaner, you cat will still be able to smell it even if you get to the stage where you can’t.

Biological washing powder, it's the enzymes as @HoppityBun said above.
