Is there a quick way to put a duvet cover on?

I'm sure there's some secret trick to make this easier, but since I grew up in a house with sheets & blankets, I have no one to pass on this knowledge to me (as if dh would know!). Each time I struggle with our super king duvet, I wonder whether there has to be a better way....

Oh, I don't iron bedding, far too much of a faff. I hang the sheets to dry on the line in the summer or over the bannister in the winter, so it dries relatively crinkle free, and then it goes straight back on.

But those all-in-one things sound great, do you have a link??

I have often wondered why they don't make adult quilts the same way they do cot ones, all in one, no faffy covers.

I like the 2 second t-shirt method on twigs link - I have just tried it out and it is really good! Am off to practice now (yes I know I am sad but it is fab!)

Oh, do my duvet as others, inside out and over the bannister if need be! (Also wash the cover inside out too!)

I do the inside out thing too. It is the only way - especially with huge duvets.

we use hair bands on the top corners so they dont slip when your doing rest.also im small so i tend to do our king size one over bansters.and they all start inside out.
