It's Scratched!!!!

Hi, we have just bought a lovely dark wood table from Laura Ashley and I have just been in the room to find my DS2 has scratched it really badly. Obviously I am furious and he is upstairs in his room but the scratches are really bad. Tried to polish the table which has got rid of the lighter ones but need to know if there is anything I can do for the deeper scratch. Any help would be gratefully received.

Go to B&Q and ask them for scratch repair kit?

I've heard you can use a brown wax crayon?

I have filled scratches in the laminate floor with the special stuff, and it looks ace now, but realise it's not real wood,
