Best way to clean this part of my oven!

Boring, I know. This photo is the base and back of my fan oven. I can get the base sparkling but not the back. It’s textured so hard to scrub. Any tips?

Some surfaces of ovens should not be cleaned with oven cleaner as they have a special self-cleaning coating, it supposedly 'burns off' (although I'm not convinced it does!) It might be that.

It would be worth checkeing the handbook (it maybe online) to find out.
