Top drawer of freezer not freezing! Any ideas?

Any ideas on why the top drawer of my freezer is not keeping things frozen? The other two drawers are fine.

Don't know if this has any bearing on the matter, but a couple of nights ago I accidentally left the freezer door ajar. Luckily, most things were still frozen, just a layer of lollies in the top drawer had softened. Since then, they've not really frozen again, and the ice cube trays in there don't freeze completely.

Any input gratefully received!

It's a frost free type so doesn't need defrosting.

Was it ok before this ?

Yes, there were no issues previously.

buy a freezer thermometer and check it, on all shelves.
