Light coloured floor tiles

We are redoing the hall floor and kitchen floor and I've just ordered a stone coloured porcelain.

Am I about to make a huge mistake? Planning on hoovering lots and mopping a couple of times per week, especially round cooker and doors.

No kids, no dogs and don't mind cleaning though ...

In my experience of floor tiles (bought a whole house fully tiled 🤦‍♀️) the dark tiles show dirt much much worse than the light ones. Most dust is quite light coloured, footprints etc from outside are quite light- all show up terribly on black tiles especially shiny ones
