Forgot laundry for an hour

Hi I am a new mom and I feel overwhelming most the time. Today I forgot laundry in the washer for an hour. Should I rewash the load or it's still fresh. Can moldy grow with in an hour?

A hour is not a problem. Just dry it in the normal way. 3 or 4 hours and I might maybe possibly put it through another rinse cycle but an hour is firmly in "I'll deal with that after lunch" territory.

An hour? Jeepers! I have been known to leave mine in the machine for days 😆

It might get another spin if it passes 36-48 hours. And the rest of my family will get ranted at by me for not sorting it out in time.

Anywhere from 8-24 hours is an entirely normal probably bi-weekly occurrence here and all adults and dc healthy.

It's still fine under 100 degree heat and humid in Texas?

Can you hang it outside/in a window somewhere? Sunlight is the best disinfectant after all

Haha same. Although I do re wash it then, but an hour is nothing! Do people really hang around making sure they’re in when the washing ends? I just put it on and take it out when I remember. If it’s the same day that I remember then I don’t re wash.

And then put on the 15 minute speed wash. Yep! Me too!

Mine gets another spin if we pass 24 hours. You are overly concerned.
