Do you put school uniform away for the summer?

DS school uniform is in his very full drawers. Dd's mostly on her very visible hanging rail.

I could transfer it all to the storage under their beds with the winter coats, too big stuff, etc. Give us a bit more hanging and drawer space over the summer.

Or will I just hate myself in September when I have to drag it all out again?

I just left it hanging in the cupboard. We have always had a slot for uniform (and now work clothes) on the left, and normal clothes on the right. It's only 6 weeks, doesn't seem worth packing it away for that short a time to me.

Yes I would. If you haven’t got a separate drawer for it then it makes sense. Can all be washed and clean and put away. You can check if anything needs replacing or outgrown.
