What setting do you use for your dryer ?

Such a boring topic but I'm curious. I dry my clothes in extra dry but have heard this is bad for the clothes. What settings are you supposed to use ? X

Low. Unless I’m pushed for time on sheets, towels etc. but always low for clothes.

Gentle cycle.
