I just can't be bothered to do the housework

I seriously lack motivation to do any sort of housework. I was going to say 'at the moment' but actually it's a lifesyle thing for me .

I was doing quite well before the Easter holidays, but then it all went to pot and I'm back at square 1 now.

I did put some washing on and load the dishwasher today but I've got piles and piles of washing to put away and as for the ironing......, the bathroom needs cleaning, the dd's rooms should be sorted a little, the list goes on.

The baby does sleep for a few hours in the day but I find myself on MN, drinking coffee and generally pottering about thinking of all the things I should be doing but never actually doing them.

Then I moan about what a state my house is in. I need inspiration and a good kick up the bottom.

MissPaulaYates - have given it much thought and have concluded that to do the housework is definitely not good for my mental health. This coffee and biscuit however is brilliant, my mind is clearer already
