Deep carpet indentations from furniture

Feel like this has been done before but can't find it. Just had REALLY heavy piece of furniture taken away and we're left with big indentations in the carpet in a very visible place. I've seen various solutions online but anyone have experience of anything working on really deep dents?thank you!

Yes, an ice cube, or sometimes I just spray water into the indentations.

I've tried it and has made a real difference. I was really sceptical too!! Not completely gone but much much better. Thank you !!
