Centre parcs

Just wanted a bit of advice please, got an interview Thursday for a housekeeping job at centre parcs. Not had an interview for a long time so nervous. Does anyone know what they will ask and will it be just myself and the lady ?

Firstly it could well be a man interviewing you!
Have a list of questions ready, such as how long you are allocated to clean a room/lodge.
What training is provided to maintain the high standards.
It’s important to be able to give reassurance for the questions they are NOT allowed to ask!
So give assurances that you are fit and healthy no back problems etc and that you have childcare sorted if applicable.
They will probably want to know how sociable you are as you will no doubt have to interact with guests.
They may ask how you would deal with a problem such as a guest complaining something hadn’t been cleaned properly ( the answer is always “ very sorry that shouldn’t have happened, we will rectify this immediately” )
