Best stick vacuum for wool loop carpet

We’ve got a Henry at the moment but it’s a pain as in a town house so lots of skinny stairs.
are any of the stick hoovers eg Shark ok to use? With softer brush head?

advice seems mixed

Henry's are great apart from stairs. I've got a Dyson cordless which is great for quick pickups but the dust box is small and I really hate emptying it. I've since bought a second cheap cylinder vacuum for upstairs, use the Dyson on the stairs, and get the "big" cylinder vacuum up the stairs once in a blue moon when I want to blitz it.
