Item placement on clothes horse

Hiya, I live in a small apartment and really struggle with laundry. This may seem like a silly question but is it okay to dry a hand towel on the same clothes horse/airer as other clothes? I don’t have anywhere else to separate drying different types of laundry. Thank you

What makes you think it might not be OK?

Stuff will dry quicker if it has a bit more room to circulate. You may find it helpful to get an octopus or similar for socks and pants to free up room on the airer.

You could also look at an airer on a pulley to make better use of space.

Yes it’s fine. I’m wondering why you think it may be an issue?
clothes and towels can even be washed together although I have read it’s better to wash towels separately as they can be a bit rough against more delicate clothes, plus they usually have a hotter/longer wash.

I wash everything together and hang them together too. I also hang shirts and other tops on hangers then hand them from the clothes horse too. I have a peg thing for socks that also hangs from it

Your instructions are that you hang stuff where you think the job will be done best.

Just so you know, the rules for washing do not follow into drying it all.
