Is there away to get this scratch out?

Yes, there are a few ways to do it. I work in post construction cleaning, so you can imagine how some of the sinks look when we get the units handed over. What you have to do is buff the scratch out. You could use a very fine sand paper, or there are a couple of kits you can use available on Amazon. After that, clean with a light abrasive cleaner. Something like barkeepers friend.
