Sad question...what's the best way of stopping t-shirts and tops creasing after ironing, is hanging in wardrobe better than folding and putting away in drawers, any hints.I'm fed up with ironing stuff to get it out to find it creased...

I don't do ironing so everything in our house gets hung up as soon as it comes out of the washing machine and stays hung up until it is worn. Only underwear, PJs and childrens trousers are allowed in drawers.
works for me

I like the creases from folding - it shows things have been ironed IMO! But if you mean creases not from the folds, then maybe you're folding things when they're too hot? Leave them to cool whilst you iron the next thing, then fold them, and they won't crease as much.

I have this same problem and it drives me mad. I've tried to leave them to cool before I fold but the clothes are still a bit creased when I pull them out (the tops that is).
Adn I couldn't hang all the tops and tshirts up, we have soooo many and not enough wardrobe space.

The only thing that gets ironed and hung up is ds1 uniform. All other children's clothes are not ironed, straight out of tumble drier and smoothed as folded. I have wardrobes but they secretly hold loads of "tubs" which are very deep drawers so they all go into those. They are PAX wardrobes from Ikea and I have 2 single wardrobes put together to look like a double. I have 10 tubs and a divider thing for his underwear drawer. It works a treat!

Some of my friends iron their children's underwear, why oh why oh why? That includes socks!!!

my DD has a crumple attractant in her genome, she can get dirty in a clean room...ironing makes no difference. Sometimes I think I should iron HER.

Those steam whoosher things that wardrobe mistresses at the local theatre use are fantastic! I don't know where you get one but I love them. Creases just vanish, even from dry clothes.
