dishwasher thrown a wobbly

Suddenly my dishwasher wont wash. Everything is left with dark bits all over them.
Have checked and cleaned filter and filled up salt.

Anyone know what's wrong?

Have you checked the spinny-round-arm things

On mine they sometimes become blocked and cleaning them out fixes things?
