That my (now adult) kids know that their friends are always welcome

The happiness

That it's not the MN mantra of 'my house,my rules' and my adult children always know that it's their home too.

That the badgers still come to visit and the bats stay in the roof

Nice question! The life and laughter, constant flow of friends and kids’ friends and family visiting and popping in. The feeling of a warm loving and living building, 100 years old, that is dependable and looks after us.

That my family always know they can visit any time.
This is the house l was born in.. so were my siblings.. we were raised here and l raised my family here.

That the nice neighbour doesn't move or become an unpleasant neighbour.

The mortgage interest rate.

That the view of the sea from my deck doesn't get obscured by the rapidly growing trees in my neighbours' gardens....

That it remains my sons safe space for a very long time ( he has asd and agoraphobia he's not left house for just over 5 years) he loves our home so much

The roof remains watertight
