I had a yellow curry stain on a white top (stupid choice of attire when I went for a curry)
It was a really small stain barely noticeable after washing and it just left a tiny faded yellow mark. I thought no issues I have some stain remover in the cupboard. I applied the powdered stain remover as per Instructions and the stain turned a dark purple colour!!
I went ahead and soaked it anyway and within a hour it was gone
I am just baffled by this, I am glad I trusted the process but it was so strange. That I need to know the science behind it Google has not brought anything up
the stain remover was a normal big brand one that was white in colour and guaranteed to make your whites whiter than white
